We are set up over at plots 14, 15, and 16 in the Ulariya area of Sanathal. It’s a good-sized space because the stuff we handle at Lafarge A C India Pvt. Ltd. takes up a lot of room. Most of the day is spent managing shipments and making sure things are where they are supposed to be. It’s a lot of dusty work, to be honest. If you come by, you’ll see trucks coming in and out quite a bit. We have a team here that stays pretty focused on the day-to-day tasks. We don't have a big glass office building; it's more of a functional site where the real work happens. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it gets too hot in the summer or pours down during the monsoon, but we keep going. We aren't much for fancy talk or long presentations. We just focus on getting the materials out to the sites that need them. It’s a basic operation but it requires everyone to pay attention so things don't go wrong. Most of the guys living nearby work here, so it feels like a local spot even though we have a corporate name. We just try to be fair and do what we said we would do. It’s not always easy, but we make it work every day and that is enough for us.
