Asha Enterprise

Asha Enterprise is tucked away in the cellar of the B Block in Adhunik Apartment. We are right behind the Wagh Bakri Tea Depot in the Ellis Bridge area. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you haven't been here before, but we are near the Oak Neuro Hospital. Being in the basement means it stays a bit cooler than the street level, which is a relief in the summer. Our space is packed with all sorts of things, and it can feel a bit cramped when the deliveries arrive. We don't have much natural light, so we keep the overhead lamps on all day. The sound of traffic from the main road is always there in the background. We spend our time checking orders and dealing with suppliers on the phone. It’s a lot of back-and-forth work. Sometimes we pop out to the tea depot nearby just to get a break from the basement air. The apartment building is quite old, and you can see the history in the walls. We aren't trying to be some high-end corporate firm. We are just a local business trying to keep things moving and stay on top of the daily tasks. Most people who visit us are regulars who know exactly which door to knock on. It’s a busy, somewhat messy, but very real place to work every day. We just take things as they come and do the work.
