Shree Jalaram Cement Depot

We have been running Shree Jalaram Cement Depot right at the Thakkarnagar Cross Roads for quite some time now. It is a busy spot on National Highway No 8, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic outside. People stop by when they are building a house or doing some small repairs. We keep the cement bags stacked up and ready to go. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, but that is just part of the job. It is a simple place in Thakkarbapa Nagar. My brother and I usually handle the unloading when the trucks come in late at night. We know most of the guys who do construction around here. They just pull up their trucks and we load them. It is not a fancy office or anything. We just have a small desk and some chairs where people sit and talk about their projects. Some days are very slow, and we just sit and watch the cars go by on the highway. Other days, it is non-stop work from morning until we close the shutters. We try to keep things organized so we know exactly how much stock we have left. Most people in the area know us by now. We do not really do much advertising at all. People just see the sign while they are stuck in traffic at the crossroads and come in. It is a straightforward business, just selling cement to people who need it for their walls or floors. We like being part of the bustle.
