If you are looking for us, we are in the Samarthya building over in the Sabarmati area. It is right near Vallabh Park and the D-Cabin part of town. This side of Ahmedabad has its own rhythm, especially with the trains and the local market nearby. Shree Digvijay Cement Ltd has this office on the fourth floor, F-403 to be exact. It’s not a huge place, just a few desks and some chairs for when people come to visit. We spend most of our time on the computer or talking to dealers about their orders. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs which is good for the legs I guess. We deal with a lot of cement distribution from here. It gets a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction happening nearby, but that is just how it is in this city. We don't have any big corporate lunchroom, usually we just eat at our desks or go out to the local tea stall for a quick break. It is a straightforward operation. We focus on the daily tasks and try to keep everything organized. The neighbors in the building are mostly other small businesses or families, so it stays pretty grounded. We like it this way. No unnecessary noise, just a place to do our jobs and then head home in the evening.
