Shree Butbhavani Engineering Works

Our place is number 47 in the Revabhai Estate, Part-1. It is a busy industrial estate in the CTM area. We are right opposite Gurukrupa Sales and very close to the Bhimnath Hotel. If you are ever around here, you probably know the hotel because it’s a big landmark for people to meet. The road in Revabhai Estate gets pretty dusty because of all the heavy vehicles moving in and out all day long. We do engineering work, mostly involving heavy parts that take a few people to move around. It is loud work with a lot of hammering and the sound of lathes running for hours. We keep a steady pace from the morning until we close up at night. The workshop has high ceilings but it still gets warm in the summer months. We usually get tea from the stall down the road twice a day. It is a good time to stretch our legs and talk to the guys from the other units. We have a lot of scrap metal piled up in the corner that we sort through once a week. The office part is just a small cabin with a computer and some old files. We don’t do much advertising; people just know we are here in CTM. Most of our work comes from folks who have been coming to this estate for years. It’s just honest labor in a dusty part of town.
