Shree Balaji Tiles Industries

Our shop is over at 418 Shree Ram Estate, right near the Marble Palace and across from the Bhagwat Petrol Pump. It’s easy to miss if you aren't looking, especially with all the traffic near the Khodiyarma Temple in Gota Gam. We deal with all kinds of tiles here. Some are for floors, some for walls. Most of the day is spent showing people different patterns and explaining how many boxes they might need for a room. The showroom gets a bit crowded when we get a new shipment in. We have to stack things carefully so nothing cracks. Tiles are surprisingly heavy when you have to carry four or five boxes at once. My back usually feels it by the evening. The Gota Gam area has changed a lot, but we are still here in the same spot. It’s usually pretty busy because of the petrol pump across the way. We keep the lights on and the doors open most of the day. Sometimes people just stop in to ask for directions to the temple, and we don't mind that. We try to keep the place organized, but with so many different samples, it’s a bit of a struggle. It’s just a regular tile business run by regular people. We don't have any big speeches. We just show the tiles and help people get them loaded into their vehicles.
