Shanti Stone & Lime Industries Kankaria

Our place is located near the Raipur Gate area. If you know the Kamnath Tower, we are right by it on Kankaria Road. We handle both stones and lime, which makes the yard a bit white and dusty most of the time. It is a traditional kind of business. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. The work involves a lot of loading and unloading. When the trucks arrive at Shanti Stone & Lime Industries Kankaria, everyone gets busy. It is not a quiet job. The lime needs careful handling and the stones are heavy. We are out here in the heat or rain, just getting the orders ready. People from around Kankaria come to us when they are building something new. We don't spend much time on paperwork or sitting in an office. Most of the day is spent outside on the road or in the yard. The address is O/S Raipur Gate, which is easy to find if you are familiar with this part of town. We just keep a good stock of what people usually ask for. The stone business is rough on the hands, but it’s what we’ve always done. We don't have any big slogans. It's just us working at the shop every day. Sometimes we run out of space because of the big deliveries, but we find a way to fit it all in.
