Shakti Engineers

Shakti Engineers is located at C-2 in Anup Estate. We are right near Bharat Party Plot on National Highway Number 8 in Amraiwadi. The sound of the highway is something you never really stop hearing. Trucks and cars are always zooming past. Our shop is in an industrial estate, so there are always other workshops nearby making noise. We spend our time with tools and heavy parts. It’s dusty and there is usually some oil on the floor. That’s just the way engineering works. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you come by, you’ll see us in our work clothes dealing with whatever job is on the bench that day. We handle a lot of metalwork and mechanical repairs. Some of the machines we use are quite old but they still do the job better than the new ones. It gets really hot in the summer inside the estate, so we keep the big doors open for some air. We’ve been in Amraiwadi for a long time now and we know most of the guys in the other units. We help each other out when someone needs a specific tool or a bit of advice on a tough problem. It’s a gritty kind of work but it feels good to finish a project and see it working. We just keep our tools sharp and our hands busy every single day.
