Shahi Masala Restaurant

We are located right inside Hotel Capri on Relief Road. It’s a busy part of Ahmedabad, right across from the Electricity House. This area is always full of energy, with people coming and going all day. We've been operating here for a while, and it’s a lot of hard work. Our kitchen is always humming, especially during the lunch and dinner hours. We don't try to be something we aren't. It's just a regular restaurant where we try to serve decent meals to anyone who walks in. The staff here is like family, and we’ve been working together for years. We don't have a fancy website or a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the daily tasks of running a kitchen in a busy city center. Relief Road can be quite a handful with all the traffic and noise, but we like the buzz. Sometimes the supplies arrive late or things break, and we just fix them and move on. It’s not always perfect, but we do our best every single day. We see a lot of regulars who work in the offices nearby. It’s good to see familiar faces. We just keep our heads down and keep cooking. There's no big secret to what we do. We just put in the hours and make sure the food is ready. It's a simple life but it's ours and we are proud of it.
