Satyam Granite Marble

You can find us over at Varahi Estate, specifically at plot 276/1. We are right across from the ADC Bank. If you are coming from the Gota Bridge, it is not hard to spot the area. Satyam Granite Marble is basically a big yard full of heavy stone. We spend the day moving these slabs around with the crane or by hand when we have to. It’s a lot of grey and white dust everywhere. The noise from the Gota Bridge traffic is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a polished showroom with carpets. It’s just concrete, stone, and the tools we use to trim the edges. We show people the different patterns in the granite and tell them how thick the slabs are. Sometimes the weather is rough, and the yard gets muddy, but the work doesn't stop. We are just local people trying to help other locals find a piece of stone for their stairs or counters. It is physical work that leaves you tired. We don’t bother with marketing slogans because the stone speaks for itself when people see it. We just open the gates early, drink some tea, and start loading the trucks. The bank across the street is a good landmark for people who get lost trying to find the estate entrance. We just stay focused on the inventory and the orders that need to go out.
