Our place is located behind Sunrise Park Society on Vastrapur Road. It’s a decent area in Ahmedabad, 380015, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Most people find us easily because we’re near the main road but tucked back just enough. It’s a restaurant where we spend most of our day getting things ready for the lunch and dinner rush. The kitchen is where all the action happens, and we have a small team that keeps things moving. We aren't a massive corporation, just a private limited company that runs this one spot. Vastrapur is always busy with people going to work or heading to the lake nearby. We see a lot of different faces every day. The building itself is simple and we try to keep it tidy for everyone who comes in. There’s no fancy decorations or anything, just plain walls and sturdy furniture. We focus on getting the food out to the tables as soon as it's ready. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the place is full, but that’s just part of the business. We enjoy being part of this neighborhood. It’s a lot of work managing the supplies and the staff, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it over the years. We just open up every morning and see who comes through the door. It is a lot of cleaning and prep, but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the deliveries are late and we have to rush, but we manage somehow. It’s just how things go.
