Rohit Building Materials

We are over here at Number-57 Panchratna Society, right on Nirnaynagar Road. People usually find us near the Balolnagar Char Rasta, just across from Nathalal Park in Ranip. Rohit Building Materials has been around this spot for a while now. The yard gets pretty busy in the mornings when the trucks pull in with cement bags and bricks. It’s a dusty job, but someone has to do it. We mostly spend our days checking the inventory and talking to folks who come in needing stuff for their home repairs. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes things slow, but we manage. The shop isn’t fancy or anything. It’s just a practical place where we keep the supplies. We know the neighbors around Panchratna Society pretty well since we see them every day. If you’re walking past Nathalal Park, you’ll see our sign. We try to keep things organized, though it is hard with all the sand and gravel moving around. My desk is usually covered in receipts and scraps of paper. It’s just me and a couple of others helping out. We don’t have a big corporate office or a call center. When the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. That’s how we have always done it here in Ranip. The weather gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually take a quick break then. Then it is back to loading up the small tempos for local deliveries for the neighborhood projects.
