Over here in Ahmedabad, we’re set up at E-82 in Jay Ambey Nagar. Being on Drive Inn Road means there is always something happening outside. Thaltej has changed a lot over the years, becoming so crowded and fast-paced. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a solid place where we keep the Regent Granito India Ltd. supplies. The morning starts early before the Gujarat sun gets too intense. We open up the gates and check what arrived on the late-night trucks. It’s mostly about managing the inventory and making sure the pieces haven't cracked during the trip. You’ll find us mostly in the back office or moving crates around. The local kids sometimes play near the entrance, and the traffic on Drive Inn Road is a constant hum in the background. We aren't big on decorations or anything. There’s a desk, some chairs that have seen better days, and plenty of stone samples everywhere you look. If you’re looking for E-82, just look for the row of houses and offices near the main stretch. Most people in Jay Ambey Nagar know us by now. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with the main office or talking to builders who need a specific shade of granite. It’s just daily work, nothing too complicated, just trying to keep the stacks organized and the customers from having to wait too long. It’s a bit dusty but it’s our daily routine.
