If you go up to the 1st floor of Rajnigandha Tower on Camp Road, that is where we are. We have been in this part of Shahibaug for some time now. Being right near Rajasthan Hospital means we get a lot of people coming in who are visiting patients or working long shifts. It is a busy area in Ahmedabad, and the noise from the street usually drifts up to the windows. We spend a lot of time setting the tables and getting the kitchen ready for the lunch rush. The 106 unit isn't huge, but we have enough chairs for the folks who come in. We see the same faces pretty often since there are offices and the hospital nearby. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when the traffic on Camp Road is backed up. We just focus on putting out the food and keeping the place clean enough for the next group. The 380004 area is always moving. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just the usual stuff you'd find in a place to eat. The staff stays busy with the dishes and making sure the floors are swept. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, but we are used to it by now. We close up once the dinner crowd thins out and do it all again the next morning. It’s just how we run things here on a daily basis. No more and no less.
