We are located in the Shakti Palace Complex, right across from those Konark Karishma Flats on Premchand Road. If you are looking for Renuka Hall, we are just near that too. Doing decorations is a busy job in Vastrapur. We spend a lot of our time moving pipes, cloth, and lights around in our small truck. It’s not an easy business because things break or get stained, and we have to fix them quickly. Our office isn't very big because most of our work happens at the event spots or at the halls where the functions are held. We’ve got stacks of chairs and bundles of fabric everywhere in our storage. It can get messy when we have three weddings on the same day. We’ve lived in Ahmedabad all our lives, so we know the local spots well. We don't have some big office with air conditioning and fancy sofas for meetings. You come in, we talk about what you need for your function, and we write it down in a big register. We prefer doing things the old way. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to load the trucks, but we manage to get out on time. It’s mostly family working here together. We don't use those high-end software programs, just our experience of how a stage should look. It’s a lot of physical labor, but it keeps us busy and out of trouble.
