R M Fabrics

You can find R M Fabrics over at number 705, on the first floor. We are outside the Rangwala Market in Sakar Bazar. Being on the first floor means we have to carry everything up the stairs, which can be a bit of a chore when the rolls of fabric are heavy. The market area is always crowded. Sakar Bazar is one of those places where you really have to watch where you are walking because of the handcarts and the crowds. We have two units, 25 and 26, knocked together to give us more room. The walls are lined with different materials. It is not very quiet here because of the street noise coming through the windows. We usually have the radio on low just to have some background sound. We spend our hours cutting fabric and talking to the people who come in from the market. It is a lot of standing and reaching for things on high shelves. We do not have a fancy showroom. It is more like a warehouse where we also talk to customers. The air smells like new cloth and a bit of dust. It is a very traditional way of doing business in this part of town. We have been in this building for quite a while now. Most people know us as the place just outside Rangwala. We just keep doing what we do every day. The stairs are narrow, but we manage.
