Purohit Dining Hall (Maninagar)

We've been here across from Pushpakunj Society for quite a while now. If you know the area near Apsara Cinema in Maninagar, you've probably walked right past us at some point. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is out on the streets. Our place isn't fancy, just a regular dining hall where people come to eat when they don’t want to cook at home or just need a hot meal. We start early in the morning, getting the kitchen ready and making sure everything is clean for the first customers. The tables are set up simple, nothing too special to look at. Most days, it gets pretty loud in here with the clatter of plates and people talking over their meals. We just focus on serving what we have for the day. Sometimes the ceiling fans are a bit loud, but they keep the air moving during the summer. People from around the neighborhood stop by, some regulars we see every single day and some folks just passing through Maninagar. The address is 380008, right on that main stretch of road. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the name on the front of the building. It gets a bit cramped when it's busy, so people sometimes have to wait a few minutes or share a table with someone they don't know. That's just how it goes here. We keep the water jugs filled and make sure nobody leaves hungry. It's a lot of work running a kitchen, but we've got a rhythm down now. It’s just us doing what we do every day.
