Punjab Paratha Point

Our shop is on the ground floor of the Labela Complex in Mithakhali, Ahmedabad. If you know where Girish Cold Drinks is, we are right near there. We are also opposite Induben Khakhrawala, which is a very famous spot. Being in this part of Ahmedabad means we are always surrounded by people looking for something to eat. We have a small kitchen area and some space for people to stand or sit. It gets very hot in there when the stoves are going, especially in the middle of the day. We don't have fancy air conditioning, just a few wall fans that hum loudly. I started this place because I wanted to do something simple. We make things by hand and don't use any big machines. My wife helps me with the accounts in the evenings. The Mithakhali area is always buzzing with students from the nearby colleges and people working in the offices. We don't have a big menu or anything polished. We just do what we know. Sometimes the traffic on the road is so loud you have to shout to be heard. But it is a good place to be. We keep the counters wiped down and the floors swept. It is just a small local business trying to do its part in the neighborhood. We are happy with how things are.
