Ps Soft Drink is located in Palsana Village, which is part of the Kalol Taluka in the Gandhinagar District. We are situated right on Palsana Road, not too far from the Kalol Post Office. This is a rural area, so life moves a bit slower here compared to the big cities. The shop is just a small building on the side of the road where we keep a selection of cold drinks. Most of our customers are the local villagers or farmers who are coming back from the fields. It can get very hot and dry in this part of Gujarat, so having a place to get a cold soda or some water is pretty important for the community. We don't have anything fancy, just a few reliable refrigerators and a place for people to sit in the shade for a minute. I usually open up the shop early in the morning before the sun gets too high. The post office nearby brings some extra foot traffic, especially on days when people are coming to collect their mail or handle their savings. It is a quiet existence out here on Palsana Road. We know almost everyone who walks through the door, and we usually have a quick chat while they drink. It is a simple business, but it keeps us busy and serves the village well. We just try to keep the stock full and the drinks cold for whoever passes by.
