We are located over in Goregaon East, specifically at D-201/202 in the Syntofine Estate off Aarey Road. It’s a bit of an industrial area, as you can probably tell from the address. There is usually a lot of noise coming from the machines and trucks coming in and out of the estate all day long. We have been here for a good while, working with metal and making different parts. It is a busy place and it’s definitely not a clean office job. There is grease and metal shavings around, and everyone wears sturdy boots. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how the machines sound when they are running right. It’s not fancy work, but it’s important and we take it seriously enough. We have our breaks out by the gate where it’s a bit quieter. Aarey Road can be a total disaster with traffic, so getting here in the morning is always a bit of a gamble. We just do our work, pack things up, and get them shipped out to whoever needs them. We don't really have a marketing team or anything; we just handle the orders as they come in. Some days the machines act up and we have to spend hours fixing them, which is frustrating, but that’s just life in a factory like this one. We keep the floor as clean as we can, but it’s a workshop, you know?
