We’ve been over here at 1, Thirunagar for quite some time now. People usually find us on Jawaharlal Nehru Road, right there on the 100 Feet Road in Vadapalani. It’s a busy spot, but we’ve made it our home. Prameela Granites & Marbles Pvt. Ltd. handles a lot of heavy lifting with all the stone slabs coming in and going out every day. The yard gets a bit dusty, honestly, but that’s just how it is when you’re working with marble. We spend most of our mornings checking the stock and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes deliveries a bit slow, but we manage. Most of the folks around Vadapalani know where we are because of the big slabs parked near the entrance. We aren't trying to be anything fancy, just a group of people working with stone and trying to get things done right. You might see us out front moving things around with the crane if you drive by. It’s a lot of manual work, and we all have our boots on from early morning until the sun goes down. There’s no big office with AC here, just the warehouse and the stone. We just keep our heads down and focus on the inventory we have on hand at the moment. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’re used to the noise of the saws and the heavy trucks. We might not have the quickest responses to emails, but we are always here at the yard.
