You can find our workplace at 1 Sankalp Industrial Estate, tucked in near the Panna Estate Road in Rakhial. It’s not the easiest place to spot if you’re not familiar with the area, as we are right across from Siddhi Estate and near Dharnidhar Estate. The whole neighborhood is very industrial, so there are always heavy trucks moving in and out and the smell of machinery in the air. This isn't a retail shop where people come to browse for fun. It’s a busy trading company where we manage the logistics of textiles. The office inside is pretty basic with a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and piles of sample fabrics sitting in the corners. We spend most of our hours on the phone or checking through ledger books. The road outside at Soni ni Chowl is often quite dusty, and the noise from the nearby factories never really stops during the day. We’ve grown used to the grit and the constant movement of goods being loaded and unloaded. It’s a hardworking part of Ahmedabad, and we are just another small piece of that puzzle. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy to draw people in. Most people who come here already know what they need and where to find us. It’s just a place where the actual work of moving fabric happens every single day, and we try to keep things organized.
