Pizza Vizzza

Pizza Vizzza is situated on the ground floor of Aditya Arcade, specifically unit number 2. We are on C G Road in Ahmedabad, which is one of the busiest streets around here. You can find us near the lane where Kundanlal Jewellers is, right across from the Karnavati Pagarkha Bazaar. It’s a very central location in the 380009 area. Because it's C G Road, there is always something happening outside our window, from traffic to shoppers. The shop is small and focused on the kitchen operations. I work here with a few local guys who know the area well. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. I'm usually the one writing the signs or checking the bills at the end of the day. We start the day by sweeping out the dust and getting the ovens to the right heat. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we don't mind it. The noise from the bazaar across the street keeps us company while we work. We don’t use polished language to describe ourselves because we are just a bunch of people making food in a small shop. The hours are long and the space is tight, but it works for us. We get a lot of people who are out shopping or working in the nearby offices. We try to be quick and keep the counters clean. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in Ahmedabad. We just stay focused on the orders.
