Cascad Engineers

Our workshop is located at Plot No. 66/16 P in Phase-1 of the GIDC area here in Vatva. It’s a busy spot, and we’ve been operating out of this same space for a good number of years now. Most of the time, the floor is covered in metal shavings and the sound of machines running is constant from morning until the evening whistle. We do engineering work, which basically means we spend our days looking at technical sheets and trying to make sure the parts we produce actually fit together. Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned on the first try, so we have to go back and adjust the settings on the lathe or the milling machine. It’s a small team here. We know each other well and we usually eat lunch together in the small area near the back door. The air in Vatva can be a bit heavy with the smell of industry, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't spend money on fancy reception areas or glossy brochures. Instead, we just keep our tools sharp and our workbench organized as much as possible. If someone stops by, they’ll probably find us mid-job, probably wearing oily overalls. It is just a straightforward place where we handle the mechanical stuff that keeps other factories running.
