We're located right on the S.G. Highway, which is always busy. Our office is in Sarthik II, on the third floor. If you know where Gordhan Thal is, we’re right above them. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows the food there. Opposite us is the Rajpath Club. We handle ceramics here. Mostly tiles and flooring stuff. It's a lot of paperwork and samples. The highway noise is always there in the background, but you get used to it after a week. We have visitors coming in to check out different types of tiles for their projects. Sometimes it’s architects, other times it’s just someone fixing up their bathroom at home. We don't have a massive display like those big malls, but we keep what’s needed for people to make a choice. The lift in the building is usually working, which is a relief when you have to go up and down. We spend a lot of time talking to the factory and making sure the orders are moving. It gets hectic around noon. We aren't trying to be the biggest place on the highway, just a regular spot where you can get your ceramic needs sorted. We've been in this building for a bit now. People usually find us easily because of the location. We just keep things simple. No fancy brochures or high-pressure talk. If we have it in stock, we show it. If not, we check when it’s coming. That's how we run it.
