Paulsons Litho Works

Paulsons Litho Works is located at number 37 on Virudhunagar Road. We aren't a big factory or anything, just a local printing spot where we get things done. Most of the equipment we use has been around for years, and we know exactly how each machine sounds when it’s running right. The smell of ink is pretty much stuck in my clothes at this point, but you get used to it. We do various types of printing jobs for people in the neighborhood and some businesses further out. It’s usually me and a couple of workers handling the presses and making sure the colors look okay on the paper. The shop gets a bit messy with paper scraps and half-finished projects, especially when we have several orders due at the same time. Virudhunagar Road is a busy stretch, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside. We don’t have a front desk or a receptionist. If someone wants something, they just walk in and find one of us near the back machines. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing stuff. People know where we are if they need something printed. It’s a noisy, dusty kind of job, but there is something satisfying about seeing the final stack of paper ready to go. We just try to get the work finished and out the door on time.
