Patidar Granite & Marbles

We’re located at Plot No.99 on Bapa Sitaram Ni Gali. It’s right off the SG Highway in the Gota Gam area. Being so close to the highway means there’s a lot of noise from the trucks and cars all day. Patidar Granite & Marbles is a busy little spot. We have marble and granite crammed into almost every corner of the plot. Sometimes it’s hard to move around if we have a big delivery coming in. The lane, or the gali as we call it, is a bit narrow, so things can get tight. We don’t have a big polished office. It’s more of a place where we just get things done. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or talking to the drivers. We’ve got different types of stone everywhere. It’s a lot of work to keep it organized, and sometimes we fail at that, to be honest. But we know where everything is. Gota Gam has grown a lot lately, so there’s always something being built nearby. We see a lot of the same faces coming through. We don’t use any marketing tricks. We just show you the slabs and tell you the price. It’s a simple way of doing business. My shirt is usually dusty by ten in the morning, but that’s just how it is when you work with stone. We’re just local people trying to run a shop.
