Patang Restaurant

We are situated at the Nehru Bridge Corner on Ashram Road in Ahmedabad. It’s a very recognizable spot because the bridge is such a major part of the city’s layout. Being on Ashram Road means we are right by the Sabarmati River, and the view of the water and the bridge is something we see every single day. The traffic here is constant, with people crossing between the old and new parts of Ahmedabad. We spend our time managing the daily flow of visitors and making sure everything is in order. It’s a big responsibility being in such a prominent location. The weather in Ahmedabad can be quite intense, especially in the peak of summer when the sun reflects off the river. We just get on with our work, though. We don’t go for flashy marketing talk or big promises. We are just a local restaurant team doing our best in a busy part of town. You can hear the sounds of the city from here—the horns, the wind over the bridge, and the general chatter of people. It’s a lively environment and there is never a dull moment. We have been here at Patang for a long time, watching the city grow and the riverfront transform into what it is today. We just keep going, day after day, serving whoever stops by. It’s a landmark spot but we try to keep things grounded and simple for everyone who visits us here.
