Panjari Restaurant

Panjari Restaurant is located on the ground floor of Krishnaray Complex. We are on Jodhpur Road in the Satellite area of Ahmedabad, right near Prernatirth Derasar. It’s a pretty well-known neighborhood, so we get a good mix of people coming in. The restaurant isn't very big, but we’ve managed to fit enough tables for the families who visit us. We’ve been operating out of G F 1 for a few years now. Most of our staff lives nearby, so it feels like a neighborhood spot. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that. I usually spend my time between the kitchen and the front desk. It's a lot of work keeping things running, especially when the dinner rush starts. We try to keep the atmosphere quiet and simple. People come here when they want a meal that tastes like it was made in a real kitchen, not a factory. We don't use any fancy equipment, just the usual stoves and pans. The Satellite area is always busy, but once you step inside, it’s a bit more relaxed. We don't do much in the way of decoration. We just make sure the tables are wiped down and the food is ready. It’s a local business through and through. We just show up every day and do our best to serve the people who walk through our door for a bite.
