Nutrition Depot Eatery LLP is located at 3, Shastri Park, on Surendra Mangaldas Road in the Ambawadi area. It’s a pretty nice part of town to be in. We run an eatery here, but we focus on the nutrition side of things. It’s not a fast-food joint. We spend a lot of time in our kitchen at Shastri Park figuring out different meals. The space isn't huge, but we make it work. We have some tables for people to sit at, though many just come and grab their food to go. It gets busy around lunchtime and in the evenings when people are heading home from work. Surendra Mangaldas Road always has a lot of people moving about, which is good for us. We don't have a professional team of chefs in tall hats. We are just regular people who care about what goes into the food. There’s a lot of chopping vegetables and boiling grains. It’s a lot of work to keep everything fresh. We don't have any scripted speeches about our vision or anything like that. We just want to serve food that doesn't make you feel heavy afterward. The shop is simple, nothing too fancy in the way of decor. We just keep the place tidy and the kitchen running. It’s a lot of hours on our feet, but we like seeing the regulars who come back every day for a meal.
