Nexon Ceramic

Nexon Ceramic is tucked away at 360/1 in the Darpan Industrige. We’re right opposite Gota Lake, which is a nice view when we step outside for a break. There’s a petrol pump nearby too, so it’s easy to find us if you’re in the Gota area. We deal with ceramics and tiles. Our space is filled with heavy crates and samples. It’s a lot of lifting and moving. People come in looking for stuff for their bathrooms or kitchens. We aren't sales experts. We just show them what we have in the stacks. Sometimes the inventory is a bit of a mess because new shipments arrive before we’ve sold the old ones. The office is just a small desk in the corner with a fan that squeaks a little. It gets busy on the weekends when families are out looking for renovation materials. We try to keep track of all the different designs, but there are so many these days. The dust from the tiles gets on everything, so we’re always wiping down the counters. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us making sure the orders are correct and the trucks get loaded without breaking anything. Gota has changed a lot lately, but we’re still here at the same spot. We just keep the shop open and wait for the next customer to walk in.
