You can find Newgirish Cold Drinks at Shop No. 8 in Dhiraj Avenue. We are right on Ambawadi Road in the Ambawadi area. It is a busy place with a lot of apartment buildings and offices nearby. The shop is on the ground floor, so it is easy for people to just walk in. Many of our customers live in the flats above us. They often come down in their house clothes just to get a quick soda or some water. We have a small counter where I keep my notebook and a small radio. I like listening to the news while I work. The traffic on the road is always loud, and you can hear the buses and rickshaws all day long. My nephew comes in to help me during the evening rush. That is when the office workers are heading home. They are usually in a hurry and want something cold to drink while they wait for their ride. We don't have much space for people to sit down, so most just stand outside for a few minutes. The pavement can get a bit crowded. We try to keep the coolers very cold because that is what people expect. We have been at this location for a few years and have seen many shops come and go. We just keep doing our thing and serving the people who live and work in Ambawadi.
