You can find Bhagvati Engineering at G-21 in the Karnavati Mega Mall. We are right by Swaminarayan Chowk on Taxshila Road, which connects to Vastral Road in New Odhav. It’s a bit unusual for an engineering shop to be in a mall, but it makes it easy for our customers to drop things off. Our space is pretty packed with all kinds of tools, drills, and bits of machinery. It is usually a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is kept. We focus on mechanical repairs and making small parts that people can't find elsewhere. There is usually grease on the floor and the smell of oil in the air. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist. If you walk in, you just talk to the person working at the bench. Most of the day is spent hunched over a machine or a blueprint. New Odhav is a busy area, and the mall stays active from morning until late at night. We’ve got a small kettle in the back for coffee, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. We don't spend time on social media or making brochures. Word of mouth is how most people find us. It’s honest work, and we take our time to make sure things are fixed properly. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for years and know most of the other shop owners.
