New Balaji Cafe & Restaurant

New Balaji Cafe & Restaurant is located in Shop No G 1 of the Arun Complex, right in the Income Tax area of Ahmedabad. We are tucked away behind C U Shah College and near the Sakar III street, so we get a lot of students and office workers coming in throughout the day. The area is always buzzing with people running to work or students hanging out between their classes. Our space isn't very large, but we manage to fit enough tables for the lunch rush when things get really hectic. It’s a simple setup with no frills. We don't spend much on advertising because most people just find us while walking by or through word of mouth from the nearby offices. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when everyone arrives at the same time, but we do what we can to keep up. The noise from the street is always there, but you get used to it after a while. We keep the fans running to beat the Ahmedabad heat, though it still gets a bit warm inside when the kitchen is full of activity. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure things are ready for the morning. It’s just a regular cafe where you can get a quick bite and a drink. We’ve been here in this corner of the Income Tax circle for a bit, just doing our daily routine and seeing the same faces every week.
