Neelam Sandwich & Pizza

Neelam Sandwich & Pizza has been here at the Sunflower Complex for quite a while now. We are right near Radhe Super Market on Gurukul Road. It is a busy spot in Memnagar and the traffic outside never really stops. I started this place because I just liked making food people could grab quickly while they were out shopping or heading home from work. My morning usually starts with checking the bread delivery and making sure the vegetables are fresh. It is not a fancy place, just some tables and chairs where you can sit down for a bit. Sometimes the oven gets a bit too hot in the summer but we manage. We see the same faces every day, mostly folks from the nearby apartments. They come in, ask how things are going, and get their usual order. We don't really do anything complicated. It is just sandwiches and pizzas. Sometimes we run out of something if it is a really busy Tuesday but that is just how it goes. The shop isn't huge, so it gets a bit crowded during the lunch hour. I have thought about painting the walls a different color, but I never seem to find the time between orders. People know where we are, right there on the corner. It is just a regular local business trying to keep things moving. We try to keep it simple and honest. That is pretty much the whole story of Neelam Sandwich & Pizza.
