If you are looking for us, we are in the Akshar Arcade, specifically at number 203. It’s right across from the Memnagar Fire Station. Most people know the area because it’s near Vijay Cross Road in Navrangpura. It can get pretty crowded around here during rush hour, which makes parking a bit of a challenge sometimes. Opaque Ceramics Pvt. Ltd. isn't a huge operation with hundreds of people. We’re a smaller team working out of this office space. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at design samples on our desks. It’s a bit different from the factories out on the highway since we are more in the city. We have stacks of catalogs everywhere and tile samples leaning against the walls. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is. We started here because the location is central and it’s easy for people to drop in. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the orders coming in. We don't use any big slogans or try to sound like a giant multinational. We just handle the ceramic business as it comes. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking specifications, but it’s what we do. The fire station across the street is a good landmark, so we just tell people to look for that. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and it suits us fine.
