Mirch Masala Restaurant

We are located in the basement of the Chandan Complex. It’s units 7, 8, 9, and 10. If you are on C G Road in Ahmedabad, you’ll find us near the Swastik Cross Roads. Mirch Masala Restaurant is right opposite Femina Town. Being in a basement means you have to head down the stairs to find us. It’s a bit different from the shops on the street level, but we like it down here because it stays a bit cooler during the hot Ahmedabad summers. The area is always busy with traffic and people shopping on C G Road. We have been in this complex for quite a while now. The space is divided into a few sections because of the way the basement is built. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or out on the floor making sure things are moving. We aren't a big corporate chain. We are just a local restaurant with a staff that’s been around for years. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just the usual tables and chairs that work for a busy lunch. Sometimes the stairs can be a bit of a pain for people, but once they are inside, it’s fine. We just focus on getting the food out and keeping the place clean. It’s a lot of hard work every day, but that is just how we run things here. No big mission, just a daily routine.
