You can find us on the first floor of Sumel Complex, right across from the Grand Bhagwati on the S G Highway. It's a wide road with a lot of traffic moving between Sarkhej and Gandhinagar. Being on the first floor, we get a good view of the cars rushing by. We’ve been at this location for a while now. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but people seem to find us okay. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and it’s usually quite hot in there. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. The furniture is practical and the lighting is just standard. Our day starts before the highway really gets busy, prepping ingredients and getting the water boiling. We handle a lot of people who are just passing through or folks who live in the apartments nearby. It’s not the kind of place where you need to dress up. You just show up as you are. We’ve had the same crew for a long time, and we all know each other's habits. Sometimes the music is a bit too loud, or we run out of a specific ingredient by the end of the night, but we deal with it. It’s a honest day’s work for all of us here. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements; we just rely on people seeing our sign from the highway and deciding to stop in.
