Mickey D`S Restaurant

We are over in Swapna Complex, right near the Jawahar Chowk Cross Road in Maninagar. It’s a busy corner of the city, and there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been here for a while now, just running our little restaurant. It’s not a corporate place or anything like that, just a local spot. We have a few tables and we try to keep the place looking decent. The traffic at the cross road can be pretty loud, but inside it’s usually okay. We get a mix of people coming in—some are just passing through and others live right around the corner. We don’t have a big fancy menu, just the things we know how to make well. The staff is just a couple of us who have been working together for a long time. We don’t go in for big advertisements or slogans. We just figure if the food is okay, people will come back. It’s a lot of cleaning and a lot of cooking. We start early to get the kitchen ready before the first customers show up. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients by the end of the night, but we just get more the next day. It’s just a simple life here in Maninagar. We like being part of the neighborhood.
