Merry Den Restaurant

We are located inside Hotel Kanak, which is in the Ellis Bridge area of Ahmedabad. Our spot is right opposite Gujarat College, so we have been a part of this neighborhood for a long time. Being in Ellis Bridge gives the place a bit of an older, established feel compared to the newer parts of the city. We spend our days working in the kitchen and serving people who come in from the college or the hotel upstairs. It is a straightforward setup. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do; we just cook and clean. The area around Gujarat College is usually full of life, with students and locals walking by constantly. We try to keep the restaurant tidy and ready for whoever walks through the door. It is a lot of routine work, like prepping vegetables and setting the tables, but it keeps us busy. We are just regular people running a small restaurant in a hotel. Sometimes the lunch hour gets a bit chaotic, but we just manage it as it comes. Ahmedabad is a busy city, and Ellis Bridge is a central part of it. We are just happy to have our little corner here. If you know the college, you know exactly where we are. We just focus on the basics and try to get through the daily chores. It is honest, practical work that we have been doing for years.
