Max Kitchen

Max Kitchen is located at 9 Sur Mount Complex, right across from the Reliance Mart on the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway. It’s a busy stretch of road and we get a lot of people stopping by on their way through. We started this place because we like cooking and wanted a spot of our own. The kitchen is the heart of everything we do, and it’s usually pretty loud with the sound of pans and stoves. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel. We just want to serve food that tastes like someone actually cared while making it. The highway brings in all kinds of folks, which keeps things interesting. Sometimes the lunch rush gets a bit chaotic and we might take a minute longer than usual, but we’re doing our best. Our staff is a small group that’s been together for a while. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or pretty pictures. If the food is good, people come back, and that’s how we’ve always seen it. Being in Ahmedabad, we know people appreciate a good meal without a lot of fuss. We keep the place clean and the ingredients fresh. It’s a simple life running a kitchen on the SG Highway. We’re here most days from morning until night. If you’re hungry and near the Reliance Mart, you’ll find us easily enough. Just a basic spot for decent food and honest labor.
