Maruti Auto-Mac Engineers

We are over at B-24 in the Ambica Nagar Industrial Estate, which is right across from the Hanumanji Temple in Odhav. Having the temple right there is a good landmark for people trying to find Maruti Auto-Mac Engineers for the first time. The industrial estate is a busy place, with lots of noise from welding and cutting coming from all the different units around us. Our shop is pretty much what you would expect—lots of metal, grease, and tools scattered across the benches. We try to keep it organized, but when we are in the middle of a big job, things get messy fast. The heat in Odhav can be tough in the middle of summer, but we just keep the big doors open and hope for a breeze. Most of the guys here have been working with machines for years, so they know the sounds of the equipment by heart. We have a small corner with a table where we look at drawings and drink chai. It is not a place for suits and ties. We are usually covered in a bit of oil by the end of the shift. The temple across the road is a nice sight when you step out for a breather. We have been in this unit for a while now and know all our neighbors. It is just a straightforward engineering shop where we fix things.
