Madhurya Restaurant

You can find Madhurya Restaurant out on the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway. We are located right near the Nirma Institute and opposite the Swaminarayan Gurukul. Since we are on the highway, we get a real mix of people coming through our doors every day. There are students from Nirma who come in looking for something cheap and filling to eat between their afternoon classes. Then there are travelers who are just driving through and need a break from the road and the heat. The highway is always loud with trucks and cars zooming by, so our restaurant is a bit of a spot for people to just sit down and be still for a minute. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a plain structure really, but it's easy to spot if you are looking for the Gurukul across the road. We have a basic menu with items that people like to eat every day without thinking too much about it. The kitchen stays busy because students are always hungry, no matter what time it is during the day. We don't have a big fancy entrance or a mission statement on the wall. It is just a restaurant where we serve food to anyone who stops by. The staff is used to the fast pace, especially during the lunch hour when the college kids all arrive at the same time. We just keep the tables clean.
