M M Parotha House

We are M M Parotha House, located in the Ellis Bridge area of Ahmedabad. Our shop is right near the Karnavati Hospital and directly opposite the Town Hall. It’s a very easy place to find if you’re in the 380006 area. We’ve been serving parothas here for quite some time. The place isn't very large, so during the lunch hour, it gets quite cramped. People often have to wait a few minutes for a stool to open up. We don't have air conditioning, just some ceiling fans that spin as fast as they can. The kitchen is right there so you can see the parothas being made. We use a lot of flour and oil every day. It’s a messy job but we like it. The noise from the traffic near Ellis Bridge is always there in the background. Sometimes we get orders for dozens of parothas at once, which makes the kitchen a bit frantic. We don't have a corporate office or a marketing team. It’s just us and a couple of helpers. We try to keep the prices fair so that everyone who works nearby can come in and eat. The tables are basic and we use simple plates. We focus on the cooking more than the decor. If you're walking past the Town Hall, you'll see our sign. It's nothing fancy, just a local spot for a filling meal that we hope people enjoy.
