Lemon The Multicuisine Restaurant

We're set up in Hirapanna Complex, which is right near the Stadium Circle. If you're walking off C G Road in Navrangpura, you'll find us. It's a pretty busy part of Ahmedabad, 380009. We have been here for a good while. The restaurant is what you'd call multicuisine, so we have a lot of different things on the stove at once. It can get pretty hectic in the kitchen when the lunch rush starts. We don't have a big corporate office or anything, just a small back room where we keep the books. Most of the time we are out on the floor or in the kitchen. The complex stays busy with all the other shops around. Parking can be a bit of a headache near Stadium Circle, but that's just how it is in this area. We try to keep the place tidy, but with so many people coming in and out, there's always a bit of cleaning to do. Our staff is local, mostly guys who have been with us for a year or two. We just focus on getting the food out on time. It's not a fancy place with dim lights or anything. Just regular tables and chairs where people can sit and eat. We open up early to start the prep work. Cutting onions, making the sauces, and getting the tandoor going takes time. We just keep our heads down and work. Every night we lock up and head home to do it again tomorrow.
