You can find us at Shivlok Apartment in Khutwad, specifically in shops 3 and 4. We are right near Sindhu Bhavan, so it’s a pretty easy landmark for people to find. We’ve been running Laxman Beverage for a good while now. The day usually starts early when the crates arrive from the suppliers. We spend a lot of time moving heavy boxes around and getting everything into the coolers. It’s mostly soft drinks, juices, and water. During the summer, it gets incredibly busy and we can barely keep the shelves stocked. The neighborhood kids often drop by after school for a cold drink, and we know most of the people living in the apartments upstairs. It’s a friendly place to work. We don’t bother with fancy displays or high-tech systems. We use a basic ledger for our accounts and a simple fridge setup. Sometimes the fridge needs fixing or the delivery truck is late, and those days can be stressful. But for the most part, it’s a steady routine. We do some local deliveries to the nearby houses if they order in bulk for a party or a small gathering. It’s hard on the back, carrying those crates up the stairs, but it’s part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest distributor, just a reliable shop for the people living around Khutwad.
