Lakhani Traders

We’ve been running Lakhani Traders from this spot at One Zalak Complex for quite some time now. It is right across from the Sunrise Hotel, near the Sarkhej Bavla Road. If you know the Ujala Circle, you know how busy it gets around here. Our shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular place where we keep our stock and handle our daily business. We mostly deal in various trading goods that people in the local area need. Most mornings start with a cup of tea and a look at the ledger to see what came in and what needs to go out. The traffic outside can be quite loud with all the trucks and cars heading toward the circle, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. It’s just me and a couple of other guys working here. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. The walls are a bit dusty and the desk is cluttered with papers, but we know where everything is. We just try to get through the day and make sure our customers are handled fairly. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon heat, so we just sit outside for a bit. It’s a simple way of living and working. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change, but our little corner remains pretty much the same as it was when we first moved in.
