We are based out of Hariom Apartments, right across from the Times of India Press in Vejalpur. It’s an easy spot to find if you’re in this part of Ahmedabad. Being in an apartment building for an office is a bit different from a warehouse, but it works for us. We handle the concrete side of things for construction projects around Gujarat. It’s mostly about managing the supply chain and making sure the materials get to the sites on time. The traffic in Vejalpur can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, but we’re used to it by now. We have a small team here working on the phones and handling the local accounts. It’s not a big corporate setup with a receptionist. We just keep things moving ourselves. We talk to a lot of local contractors and builders every day. Sometimes things get busy and the office feels a bit small, but we manage just fine. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been here for a while and most of the neighbors know us. We don't go in for big marketing or anything like that. We just do the job and try to stay organized with our logs. It’s interesting to see how much Ahmedabad is building up lately. Every time you turn around there's a new project starting, which keeps us pretty busy with the aggregate orders. We like the area and the food nearby is pretty good too.
