Lafarge A&C India Pvt. Ltd is located at 499, Vijaynagar Tarsali. It’s a straightforward location in a neighborhood that’s mostly residential and small shops. We’ve got a small space here that serves as our main base. It’s not a big glass building or anything like that. Just a regular door with 499 on it. Inside, it’s pretty cramped with all our equipment and files, but we make it work. Most of us have been around this area for years, so we know the local chai wallah and the people living next door. The atmosphere is very relaxed, almost like being at home but with more work to do. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything fancy like that. We just come in, check what needs to be done for the day, and get to it. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello or ask about something. It feels like a real community here in Vijaynagar. The parking is a bit tight on our street, so we usually tell people to find a spot a bit further down. It’s a simple life and a simple way of running a business. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most polished. We just want to do our work honestly and keep things moving. It’s just a plain office in Tarsali where we spend our days.
