KUTCHI KING

If you are looking for us, we are at G/8 in the Chandraprabhu Complex, right near the Sardar Patel Statue in Navrangpura. This is a very busy part of Ahmedabad. There are offices everywhere and schools too, so we see a lot of students and workers. KUTCHI KING is a small spot, nothing too fancy. We are right near Maharaja Samosa, which is a big landmark for people around here. Most of the day, we are busy prepping snacks and getting things ready for the lunch rush. It is a small space, so things can get a bit tight when everyone arrives at once. We don't have a big waitstaff or anything like that. It is just a few of us behind the counter. We make things like dabeli and other quick bites that people can eat on the go or while standing around outside. The traffic around the Sardar Patel Statue is always moving, and we kind of just go along with that energy. It is a loud, fast-paced environment. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look perfect. We just want the food to be ready when people are hungry. Some days the heat in the kitchen is tough, but we just keep at it. We have been in Navrangpura for a while and we like being part of the daily routine for the people who work and study nearby. Sometimes the line gets long out the door, but we try to move as fast as we can.
